Description of Work: MR.KOMATINA INSTALLED AN AIR CONDITIONER FOR ME.

Description of Work: Mike did a Great job! We just had our dream home built. We wanted to make sure the house was in perfect condition, before we go to closing. And, wanted Mike to check things from top to bottom. He did Not miss a thing. He checked foundation,electrical,plumbing,roof,ac,entire attic inspection,insulation,entire outside structure,appliances,and every room in the house! (he even went into every closet) The inspection took approx 3 hours. Well worth the time He took pictures of everything. Even tested for carbon monoxide Mike sends a report to your email. Including the photos. In addition, as we walked w him through inspection, he gave us so many great tips. Such as : how to lower energy costs, how to maintain yard, appliances, ac unit, etc..... I know I had many questions for him, and he took the time to answer each of them. He is proffesional,respectful and polite. Well worth the money!! Now we will have piece of mind knowing that our house was constucted superbly! ( thank you Tom, from DHI) Thank You Mike! Lorain

Description of Work: Mike did a complete home inspection on a house we are buying, and seeing that I'm 1000 miles away I needed someone that was going to do the best job possible with out me around. He meet with the real estate agent to gain access to the house, he then went room by room checking every window, screen, door, and door knobs. The bath rooms were checked he ran the water at every faucet, shower, and toilet. He made notes of all leaks. Then he checked the heating and air conditioning systems, climbed into the attic to check all the duck work. He also found the age of the A/C condenser air handler. While is the attic he checked for water leaks/damage that we should know about. He checked the condition of the roof/shingles, also noting that hurricane strapping had been installed to hold the roof down. In the kitchen he started the oven, checked the condition of the fridge, hood, and all the electrical outlets. He checked the foundation, concrete driveway, walk ways, and noted every crack big or small. He walked the property to tell us where we would need soil because of erosion. Then just as we had talked about he sent us a 45 page detailed report with pictures of the home.
