The motto of the company is, "Service that leaves you smiling..." and John Wilson Plumbing & Septic certainly lived up to that with our experience with them. Our septic tank was full and fluid had backed up into the bath tub. We called them first thing Monday morning and the serviceman arrived early in the afternoon within the promised time frame. The serviceman was friendly, cheerful and professional. The cost of removing the contents in the septic tank was $165 using a coupon from the Pennysaver paper plus thirty-five dollars to remove the debri from the drainage pipe which is underneath the house. That is a most reasonable charge these days! The serviceman seemed knowledgable and gave us suggestions to help us prevent this from happening again. We would certainly not hesitate to use this company again. they seem to be a large company as they have other phone numbers listed for other cities besides Deland. They have a very informative and professional website too with pictures posted of some of their work projects. There is a lot of courtesy information available for anyone to view too. I am very impressed with the company. It's been around for awhile too, it was founded in 1995.
