General Remodeling
He got the building up, but it has never been anchored to the ground. And, I have yet to receive the certification papers for the building. He rescheduled numerous times, and still fails to show up. I have attempted to call him over 60 times with no resolution yet. Now when I call, he hangs up on me. He even hung up on my neighbor who was calling for an estimate when he mentioned my name. He needs to fulfill his obligation.
