+ -1 moreHe got the building up, but it has never been anchored to the ground. And, I have yet to receive the certification papers for the building. He rescheduled numerous times, and still fails to show up. I have attempted to call him over 60 times with no resolution yet. Now when I call, he hangs up on me. He even hung up on my neighbor who was calling for an estimate when he mentioned my name. He needs to fulfill his obligation.
Description of Work: We hired him to build a certified building, anchored to the ground, for my motor home and boat to be stored in.
