Homeowners choice concrete LLC

Hired to pour 24x30 slab for garage. Concrete ended up being not square and useable. When contacted, John Dugger the owner, made every excuse but never ok responsibility and never came look at the problem. Finish was supposed to be smooth and was so rough, the entire slab had to be ground. He charged for 4,000 psi concrete and poured 3,000 which will not work for car lifts which he knew was being installed. The slab was unlevel and it found that the footer framing had caved in and when he blamed the florida and nothing about why his crew didn't fix the issue. Mr Dugger and his salesperson, have been contacted numerous times and both refuse to address the problem. Beware of his company!!
