While cleaning broke two very valuable Items, one figurine and one crystal candy dish, both of which are irreplaceable. The breakage of the candy dish wasn't reported at the time. Very careless handling of client's property but they did end up replacing the figurine and I really appreciate that they did that for me.

I am extremely satisfied with Grime Stoppers. They're timely and efficient, yet thorough. They're hands down the best cleaning company. And their prices are amazing.

They sent in 2 people, who cleaned down the middle of rooms. They broke one of my ceiling fans. They used this waxy sort of stuff on the floor so that the dirt they left behind and the sides and then the corners that sort of waxed in place. They came in at the time they said they would. I am very disappointed with them because when I called them to say I wouldn't want them every 2 weeks, the owner never called back.

"Member, I was unaware of any of this. This is the first I have heard that there was a problem. After looking up the Quote this is from February 2010. Your home was under construction according to my notes, and we have a policy that we will come back and fix anything that you are not happy with. We used a mild product called pro- force on your floors and that should have not left anything on them. I am sorry you feel this way, I am not in bussiness to have un happy customers. I leave a card with all of my customers that includes my cell phone number as I want all of my customers to be able to reach me at anytime. Again I appologize that you were unhappy. In the future as with any company please dont wait 2 years to post comments. And if you dont feel you are getting the correct customer service, continue to call until you get the results you are looking for. I wish you the best. Shelly Murphy"
