This is the WORST contractor we have ever worked with. First of all, it took him 2 months to give us an estimate after meeting with him. That should have been our first clue. I explained to him that time was of the essence because we planned to put our house on the market and need it to be ready to show as soon as possible. In his estimate, he stated it would be done in 3 weeks. There were several things on the list. (9) In the 3 weeks he promised to finished he: finished one, (actually that was done property.); finished (if you ant to call it that) another. That repair was done poorly and looked like we did it ourselves. And one more thing he started ( a roof) and never completed, actually left it open to be rained through! We paid him $1868.50 up front and he abandoned us. After I text him (because he never answers his phone) he pretty much blamed me for not don't what he got paid to do. He took our money and never came back. I wrote him a letter demanding the unused portion of our deposit back so that we can pay someone more competent. He of course never responded to that letter. NEVER, NEVER use this guy. He's a lazy crook!

They did a good job.
