FACTORY WAREHOUSE OF FLOORS

At first Factory Warehouse of Floors was ok, but soon after they got $$$, the problems began. A 3 day job extended to 7. From installers not showing up to our job because they were working on other jobs to fighting amongst themselves in our house to a mouthy installer arguing about fixing obvious issues, it was an unpleasant experience. We finally decided to live with 2 hollow (not properly sealed) tiles because we were sick of the whole ordeal. We were also advised there is a 1 year warranty and to "keep an eye on" the hollow tiles. Fast forward barely 2 months later (4/23/19) and we now have 6 hollow tiles, so the situation is growing. We also have disintegrating and pitting grout. I've been calling for 3 weeks, no one would return my calls, they even just stopped answering, so I was reduced to leaving messages. Then, I called from a different phone number and finally got C. I sent pictures of the grout 4/18, no response. I called C today (4/23), she stated we had to give her time to inspect the grout - so more stalling. No appointment offered or set, no customer service, just "it's going to take time." Please don't use this company, it seems they only care about getting your $$$ and nothing about customer service or any kind of warranty. Now I have to spend a lot of time going to consumer agencies. Please do yourself a favor and use another business for your project.

Posting for my sister. Factory warehouse of floors in Deland, FL - they were awful! Had work complete back in September 2014. Took them 8 weeks when they said one week. They sent three different contractors - all were horrible; Crooked tiles, unlevel shields and window sills. Water ran out of shower after shower enclosure was put in because sill was not pitched in correctly. Will never use them again and would never recommend them to ANYONE.

Shoddy work and shady business practices  I have told friends who need carpet to stay away from this seller.

The contractors were sloppy, work was sloppy.  Glue left on floor and not cleaned up.  Poor quality installation.  Used chipped boards. Moulding not fitted well where applied. Truck left in driveway leaked oil. Store response to complaint was limited to having installer return to clean glue and give bottle of floor cleaner.
