I've used this service about 8 times in the past year or so, sometimes with liquid wax, sometimes just wash, and once with hand wax.  The only reason I went back after the first time is the convenience of the location.

I have never been there when all the side brushes were working; at least one is down every time and today two were down. 

The last 4 times I opted for liquid wax and Rainex.  The first time I noted that the wax section light came on but no wax came out.  I told the attendant and she ran it through again with the same result.  I told her again and she gave me a blank look and offered to run it through again.  I figured it was pointless and left.

The next time was again a light and no wax.  I told an attendant and he replied that the wax comes out in a fine mist and you can't see it.  I knew that was BS so I argued with him and finally he fiddled with the machine, ran my car through and I got my wax.

The third time was also a light and no wax.  I told the attendant who responded that they were having trouble with it, made some adjustments, ran it through again and I got my wax.

Today I noticed a light and no wax on the car ahead of mine.  Told the attendant and he responded that the wax was in the scrubbing cloths.  I told him that was BS and he fiddled with the machine and it started spraying.  When my car went through the wax did not start spraying until after my car was half way through.  I give up.  I would use this service much more often if they would get their act together.  There is no telling how many people have paid for wax and not gotten it.
