CREATIVE BRICK PAVERS INC

Wonderful impression on sales call, and no real complaints showing up online so we contracted for a new pool deck, giving 50% down. Check was cashed next day. After delaying the job 3 times, they have refused to respond to phone calls, emails, voice mails, Better Business Bureau complaint. The address listed on their website is a house for sale, additional addressed I found are all either for sale, sold, or empty.
Do yourself a favor, stay away from them.

I explained that I clean it on a weekly basis and that I purposely didn't clean it so he could see how it looked. He proceeded to explain my fence and other things unrelated to my pavers were dirty also. He was rude, insulting and treated me very badly. I ultimately asked him to leave and he laughed about it. I ended up having to ask him 3 times to go. I also asked for his name before he left and he turned around and laughed at me again. I contacted the company and found out that he is one of the owners.

Initial sales call went well. Picked product we liked.Salesman ended up setting up job wrong and had we not checked dimensions we would have run out of brick pavers.Job installed and within 8 months rust spots appears on brick pavers. Office first said it must be an issue we created, then said they would come out and look at situation for us. Never showed up.Finally contacted Temron group and they finally took care of problem almost 1 year later by stating that a bad batch of product had been made.Creative brick Pavers is great up front - absolutely worthless on the back end. Do not go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marty showed on-time for estimate. He proved very knowledgeable of installation and product. We received 2 other estimates (one came in higher, one lower) before deciding to sign with Creative. Marty said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could start, and once started, it would take 2 and 1/2 days to complete. I signed a contract on 6/27/08 and gave them a deposit of half the cost ($3214). 2 weeks passed and I had heard nothing from Creative. I stopped by their office and spoke with Marty again on 7/14/08. He said our job was scheduled to start on 7/28/08 due to the shipment of pavers from "paving supplier" being delayed. Although not happy about this (as that was 4 weeks after signing), I accepted his commitment. July 28 came and went. I called Creative on 7/29/08 to ask about the delay. I was told "paving supplier" delayed the shipment of pavers again. I could expect them on 7/31/08. July 31 passed, I called Creative, and they said shipment postponed until 8/4/08, again by supplier. I called "paving supplier" to inquire, and was told that the shipment was requested by Creative to be delivered 8/4, no sooner. The pavers arrived on 8/4, and another 25% ($1657) was paid to Creative. The workers showed up on 8/5 to begin. The work was done in a most excellent way. I am completely happy with the work performed and the finished product. It is beautiful. On completion of the work (8/7/08), I paid the remaining balance of $1657. Although I am happy with the results, it has taken 6 weeks to complete, as opposed to the promised 2-3 weeks. Now for the truly bad part. 1 week after the completion of the deck, I receive a notice stating that "paving supplier" has filed a Lien on my home because Creative had not paid them for the material (remember, I paid $3300 up front on 6/27 for material). It has taken 3 weeks and lots of leg work and paper work to clear this up. I had to stop payment on the credit card to pressure Creative to pay "paving supplier".
