+ 1 moreThey erased 10 years of my family pictures and data! Dont trust them! The associate assured me that my data was safe and that I could leave it there. NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT payment or anything. I EVEN ASKED TO BE SURE. Needless to say, they calledin October and asked how it was going. I told him I couldn't get a computer yet and we left it at that. NEVER WARNED ME OR SAID ANYTHING ABOUT NEEDING MONEY TO KEEP MY DATA SAFE IN ANY TIME FRAME. So I called in early December to say I still couldn't get a computer and left a message. I went in last Saturday January 7th to get my drive and the owner said that they erased my computer threw it out and also erased my data from their server! Please dont trust them. Not even a courtesy call! Unbelievable.
Description of Work: All I needed was my data saved from my 10 year old computer to their serverso I could buy a new computer to put ot on. The associate said ok right away and took my computer and an external hard drive with my data on it. I dropped off last August.
