She was sent home in worse shape than she went in, After $300 bill, I ended up taking her to emergency hospital for overnight care and In the morning I was told because I questioned the doctor’s competence not to return with my dog to them and I would receive a refund, this refund never occurred and somehow I lost the dispute with the credit card company. This company only cares about your money not your pet!

Very well, the staff was very nice and kind.

I've been with them since 1988. I would give them A+ if I could.

They are excellent. There are about five different vets there and the best one in my opinion is Rachel Cunningham. The total cost was 300 bucks and that was for shots and everything. It was a brand new kitten. It was spayed because it is female, declawed, all of the shots and everything else, checking and making sure it did not have anything, no feline leukemia. Three hundred is a fair price.

It was good. We have been taking our pets there for 10 years. The price is high.

Got meds for both that helped.

Miss Jewel was bitten by one of my other cats 2 years ago. When I realized what had happened, I called, they told me it was an emergency and to bring her. Within the last few days, Jewel's ears nose and pads were warm, she was eating less, and seemed fussy about her hip where it was previously bitten. I was concerned that there might be a recurrence of infection or that she had injured her hip in some other way. Dr. Thompson treats all 3 of my cats, knows them by name and behaviors, and what each one's history is by simply reviewing their file notes. She checked her thoroughly, her tech handled her gently and was so good to her she started to kneed with her front paws. Dr. Thompson assured me that her temperature was normal, weight was doing well, and she felt no swelling or abnormalities of any kind. We discussed her diet and told me if I have other concerns or notice anything to call her. Desk personnel are always on top of things, and considerate. They go out of their way to do anything they can for clients as well. I am very particular about the way my cats are handled and cared for by their vets and vet techs and am very happy with this office.

Everyone on staff is polite and they are great with the animals.
All the vets are friendly and take the time to answer questions. The rest of the staff are very helpful and they don't make you feel rushed.

They are good. They are cheaper than Orange City Animal Clinic. Unfortunately, I feel that they are so busy that they are losing sight of who their original customers.
