IT WAS AN A BECAUSE THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL WITH ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND DID EVERYTHING IN A GOOD AND TIMELY MANNER. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. THE INDIVIDUALS WERE FINE.
