Comer Roofing

He came out. He was on time and professionally dressed. He climbed up on the roof sections and looked it over. Turned out, by amazing coincidence that he was the one to install this house's roof in the first place, so he could tell me things about it a normal inspection would not reveal. H knew that metal was installed in the valleys underneath the shingles for instance. He knew that they used a 25 year shingle instead of the usual 20 etc. Overall, a good experience. I would definitely use them again. Troy

They did a sloppy job and the roof is currently leaking. They never changed out the ply-wood and the paper is holding water underneath the shingles. In the contract provided Comer roofing was to replace all rotten and decayed wood; however, this wasn't completed either. I have pictures to document my claims that I am willing to share.

Overall I am satisfied with the work completed by Clark Roofing!

My house has 5 separate roofs, some tar, some shingle and they all needed replacement. Dennis came out to give us an estimate and arrived on time. He explained to me what they would do and how they would do it. He answered all of my questions in a pleasant manner and did not make me feel foolish for asking questions. Due to slowness on our end it was about 6 weeks from the time he quoted and the time they started working on the roof. Weather of course slowed them down but we were pleased with the amount of time they took to do the job. The roofers were always working, and professional. They cleaned up the yard when finished and then came back as promised the next day to get the tar truck I would recommend them Lori from the office was very helpful

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THE GUY IS VERY UPSTANDING. I HAVE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH HIM. I HAVE HAD THREE ROOF JOBS DONE BY HIM. THE SERVICE AND THE PRICE KEEPS ME GOING BACK.

A GOOD ROOFER IN FLORIDA HAS BEEN HARD TO FIND FOR ME SINCE I OWN SEVERAL HOUSES I HAVE A LOT OF ROOF MAINTENANCE. WHEN I HAD TO REPLACE THE ROOF ON MY OWN HOUSE I GOT THE BEST PRICE FROM COMER. THEY WERE A BIT HARD TO GET HOLD OF TO PRICE THE JOB AND SOMETIMES THEY WERE LATE SHOWING UP. BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, THE PRICE WAS GOOD, THE WORK WAS GOOD (THE HURRICANES PROVED THAT) AND I HAVE SINCE REFERRED COMER TO OTHERS.
