We had ClimateMakers (Victor Hughley) perfom an inspection of our A/C system on 25 JAN. Victor did a through inspection, and I wrote him a check for $125.00 Victor asked for my email address so he dould send me the inspection report. The report never came. I texted Victor on 27 JAN asking him to please send the report - no response. I texted again on 31 JAN; Victor responded that he would send the report in the morning. No report was received. I have also called and left v/m - no response. The inspection report is the product I paid $125 for. Lesson learned: NEVER pay by check before the service/product is at 100%. Instead, ALWAYS pay by credit card so you can dispute and get your money back.

Climate Makers provided excellent service. Victor is knowledgeable and took the time educate me about the condition of my A/C unit before repairing it. I highly recommend this company.
