How dare ARK hire a registered s** offender in our downtown area - our perfect little peaceful community!!! As the story unfolds it is something from a soap opera. The intrigue, conspiracy, and spying that took place with taxpayers money cost the taxpayers over $25,000!!!
ARK was raided November 8, 2012, the animals confiscated. Two died in this mayhem. The city got two vets from DeLand Animal Hospital and Val-U-Vet to testify against ARK. Erin Gray, Deborah Ulbrich, and tom MacPhail. They lied. But vets testifying in an abuse case are exempt from later prosecution. They can lie and anything can go from the witness stand.
The State of Florida refused to prosecute ARK for animal cruelty because there was no proof that ARK was abusing animals. This is a long, detailed story of an outrageous use of taxpayers money.
A website is being created to tell the entire story about DeLand FL. But beware if you want to settle here or use the city to establish a business. DeLand is becoming notorious for hating small businesses. It is causing grief all over town and people are afraid to speak up.
