Budget Heating & Air Conditioning

Budget Heating and A/C installed a humidifier a year or so prior to the service in about December.  The unit began to leak tons o water in my basement and it took them days to get to me.  When they did, the serviceman claimed he fixed the leak, but he had actually ruined a part by creating a large hole in a VERY cheap restrictor.  He didn't know he ruined the part, so they came back out and told me I needed a $200 solinoid and wanted to charge me another $89 for the call.   I bought and installed a new solinoid myself (a $50 part with two fittings and two wires that I could install myself in less than 15 min.) and they said that voided their fix. T he new solinoid worked just like the last one (since it wasn't broken in the first place) and my humidifier began to leak tons of water.  When a different company came out, it turned out that the guy who "fixed" my unit had reamed out the plastic $0.20 restrictor so that it let too much water in.  They didn't even know it.  The new guy also noticed that the valve Budget installed was not up to code!  Budget wouldn't work with me on the charges, they broke my unit that mainly had a hard water build up and they wanted to over charge me for every problem they caused themselves.  This company is terrible to work with.
