He was courteous and detail oriented. He made sure to clean up any mess he made. He was very knowledgeable in that the house cable set is an odd custom job. He made sure to take the time to figure it and not rush.

With Bright-house it all depends on the technician that shows up. One showed up and did not know about anything going on. They left their scrapes and junk in my yard. Another showed up and they handled the job with efficiency and cleaned up everything. Teh one thing that is great about Bright-house is that they respond ASAP with any issues you have and it is free of charge. You don't get that with satellite.

Tech arrived with in the time frame indicated. He was courteous and neat. He didn't seem to know much about the service and never told me anything about e-mail. He could offer no advice on networking the printers with the wireless router he installed. I had the wireless lightning speed 60 service installed. The hard wire desk top computer works well, not lightning speed. The laptops are slow and you get kicked off frequently. I switched from AT&T DSL because they limit your internet usage to 150GB a month, there is no limit with bright house.

It is excellent. They shipped the package to me and I installed it myself. I plugged it in and turned it on, then called the phone number and they did something. There are cheaper alternatives but they are not as fast. I will probably be using them for a long time.

I've been using them for three years. I've been wanting to switch providers because the prices at Brighthouse are very high. For the service that I'm getting, to upgrade to receive HBO and some of the other networks, such as Starz and so forth, all the services, I would have to pay more money. So I've got very limited access for $150.00 a month and I think it's exorbitant. They show a lot of the same movies over and over and over again. If you're hunting for a good movie to see, you're lucky if you see one good movie in two or three days that you haven't seen before. I pay more money, $13.00 a month, for an online movie provider in order to get to watch some good movies. I'm disturbed by the lack of additional channels and the cost. They have no contracts, which is good. So you're not locked in.

I have never had a problem with them, never. If I had, I called, they sent a tech out to check the line. The last time they were supposed to be out at a certain time, nobody showed up. They told me it would be fixed by Saturday, they never showed up until the following week, but I honestly think somebody had the wires crossed somewhere because the guys that came to do the job said I can’t do that. I don’t have that kind of equipment. Another guy pulled in because my husband just happened to be out there. They had to bore under the driveway next door. Evidently there was a break in the line and they had to go under the driveway. We had a little miscommunication, but it was fixed. They did do something so I was able to use my internet in order to get on when I had to do work. It may not have been as fast as it normally is, but I was able to use it at least. They were able to pull my signal. What they did was they ran a line all the way around my neighbor’s house on the ground and they put little flags so I will be able to have internet. I guess that’s beyond the call duty really. They did whatever they could.

It took a bit too long for them to come out when I called them. However, the price isn't too bad and the quality of their work is pretty good.
