BLM FLOORING INC

BLM was the installer contracted by Lowes to install the flooring tile purchased from them. So for this review, the cost listed is for installation only, not materials. Now about BLM. What a great experience. Well as great as flooring a house full of furniture can be. Heh. The quoting process was very professional, and accurate. The Install process was the same. The floor is beautiful and the two men who installed it were meticulous and exacting. The install took roughly 6 days and each day went very smoothly. The guys were punctual and focused the whole time. It's quite obvious they know what they are doing. My new floor looks amazing and it is because of the attention to detail of the install team. I can tell you this was not a simple or easy job. The foundation was quite uneven and they were constantly having to build up the mortar under tiles to level the entire floor out. The end result is nothing short of spectacular. I am very happy with the work they did. If you are thinking of using BLM, I highly recommend them.

This was the fourth "project" that I had BLM install flooring.  The first time was at least 2 years ago (before I joined Angie's List) and if I had another floor to put down now, I would call BLM Flooring.  I wouldn't have anyone else.  
The price is always good; Brian (owner) is the best!!  He is a perfectionist, and when the job is completed, it looks beautiful!!  He arrives on time and when he leaves he makes sure your house is as clean as possible .  He keeps his work area orderly as well.  Brian is extremely professional.  He dresses appropriately and has his crew dress the same.  They are always courteous.  
Whenever I called for an estimate, the response was in a timely manner.  The office staff is very polite and they schedule your job in a reasonable amount of time.
I have referred BLM Flooring to several friends and relatives.  All have hired him to do their install jobs.  One even hired him to do a vacation home.
So, if you're looking for someone who can do a great job of installing your wood, laminate or "whatever" type of flooring, call BLM Flooring in DeLand.  You can trust that they will do a good job, where you will be happy with the work, and the price.

They were very nice to speak with on the phone when setting up pre-installation measurement date and arrived on time to measure. The installers, as well, arrived on time and were professional and very personable.  They did a beautiful job installing the carpet, making sure the carpet seam (in a large bedroom) was placed where it would get the least amount of "wear".  BLM provides quality services and is an all-around great company to work with.
