Went well. On time, good price and quality work.

Wonderful! Did the construction of new Shadow-box fence onsite. Hard workers and professional.

Fence is not level and straight. Would not hire this company again. Expected a professional Fence Company.

Horrible, Cut a bunch of lines and left the job. Asked for my deposit back since they refused to do the job and no answer in 3 months.

Great and then Hurricane blew it all down and never got a call back from BFC. Hired another company and found out BFC didn’t concrete my post and they were only in the ground 11 inches! Poor quality and dishonest

Great job done. Jason, Chris and Janice were very helpful and professional. Our installation foreman Danny did an exceptional job. Fence was installed as planned, looks great!

I left a message at their office Sep 21 and received a call from Janice on Sep 22. She said she would check to see when "he" could come out and if he could make it the next day. Today is Oct 3 and I've heard nothing. If this is what you get from a business in just trying to contract for their product, what would it be like in the middle of the job or if you have a problem later?

I most *highly* recommended Better Fence Company!!  Outstanding work and customer service.  Owner Chris and his superb team did an outstanding job.  They were efficient, courteous and exceptionally responsive to a very challenging task.  They removed a large amount of vegetation overgrowth in order to access and remove the original worn out fence.  They were meticulous in the installation of the new 280' "board on board" wooden fence and gates.  They worked hard from early morning until late afternoon and completed the job in two and a half days.  Again, a tremendous effort and flawless job!

When they quote a "heavy duty" board-on-board fence, they mean it.  It is absolutely beautiful and a high quality job.  The black chain link section and gate between the garage and house was equally well done.  I will use these folks again. Thanks to the crew Chris and Janice. Great job!

They showed up Thursday,  they were professional, they addressed our concerns about our irrigation pipes and to the gate opening a certain way that we preferred. They enclosed our side yard, it took about 3 1/2 hours, It looks great and we are very happy with it. The price charged was exactly what we had agreed to  two weeks earlier and they keep to the timeline as promised.
