If you are looking for The BEST Realtor in Deland look no further than Bee Powell and the whole Bee Realty team! After 6 months with another realtor we only got one low offer. We did research on the top selling realtors in the area and conducted interviews. Bee not only demonstrated the top sales but she also had many great reviews and repeat customers. We selected Bee and couldn’t Bee Happier!!! She recommended improvements that had the most bang for the buck. After we completed them she created a top notch listing to showcase our unique 5 acre property. She even produced a flyover drone video with her beautiful daughter on horseback (Happy) to highlight the agricultural zoning of the property! Then the Bee Hive went into overdrive promoting the property on Multiple sites,etc. This resulted in at least 3 good showings a week. We never had to ask for feedback. We received a weekly email report on how the property was promoted that week, the number of showings and the feedback from each showing. Bee was also personally in touch with us every other week.
