Description of Work: We needed our front & back porch stairs covered in pavers. We hired Mr. Bahena because he assured us that the problem we had with the depth of the steps could be resolved easily. He not only explained but demonstrated how it would be accomplished. How it would “be done!” However, his team did not implement this plan on the front stairs but we were promised it “would be done” on the back stairs. It was not. When we approached the installer he told us he was instructed to do the back stairs exactly as the front. Another example of the false promises. Another warning. Beware of what you are told “will be done.”
