The cost of service was fine. They were right on-time. The workers were fantastic. I would tell a friend to try them out and if they like them, to go for them. I have nothing bad to say about them. They are good.

I called them and I was happy so I used them twice now. They are very prompt, professional, they always call before they come, they call back right away if I call them when I have a question or whatever and I really like them. They did a very good job on my dogs and it seems like my dogs like the lady who did it and for which I am really picky because you don't want them being scared of the person who clips them. I noticed that even afterwards, the dogs seem to really like her and happy around her and that is probably number one for me.

Katrina came to our house right on time. She was very professional and asked us how we wanted them groomed. She did an excellent job on all 3 of the dogs. It was the best grooming they have ever had! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

The groomers arrived on time and were extremely professional. Their van and equipment were clean and well maintained. They did an excellent job working with our anxious dog. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend this company to others.

They were nice enough on the phone, came on time. Were nice to talk to, but our poor kitty. They did a TERRIBLE job. Such an uneven cut. Scraping on her little tummy. And their truck must be dirty although it looked clean. Our white, very well-cared for kitty got ear mites. Not a good thing. Never use them again! Just for your info, we have used several other cat groomers in both Florida and Pennsylvania. Never had such a poor quality job.

"As the customer states, she requested her cat be dematted. Normally when a customer lets their cat get in this bad a condition we shave it down to a uniform cut. However we groomed the cat the way the customer requested removing the fur mats which resulted in uneven fur. This took over an hour. The groom was on 7/15/13. We were never contacted about her complaints, but if she had we would have addressed the issues immediately. Eight weeks later this review was posted. When I called the customer on 9/12/13 and identified myself she hung the phone up. Fur mats tight to the skin pull and irritate the skin. Our pet release signed by the customer states "If your pet is badly matted, there may be sores and tender skin under those mats" We have never had a complaint about ear mites. Now that eight weeks have passed, these conditions are ambiguous. Please Note - the customr informed our groomer the cat has been kicked out of 4 groom shops."

They are awesome. They are a really good group. I think they are wonderful. They are very responsive and they do a good job. They show promptly every time they say they are coming and their price is excellent.
