Since the above occasion, Mr. Considine has performed many other tasks for me. When a task is explained to him he often has better ideas for doing the job that makes it look more professional than anticipated. He does not stop until a project is completed. He goes beyond the usual concept of "handyman." A partial list of tasks he performs, taken from his business card: Attic insulation; Garage organizing systems; Pressure Washing; Interior and exterior painting; Cabinet installation; Concrete sidewalks and stepping stones; Screen, tile and fence repair and installation. Besides the steps referred to, he has done other jobs for me, including things not on the list, including replacement of rain gutters, transplanting ornamental plants, spreading topsoil over the grass, planting border grass, and others.
Description of Work: Built permanent steps to replace rotting wooden steps, leading uphill about 5' in my backyard. I was expecting steps made from concrete blocks, but Tom Considine found stepping stones for a more professional look.
