Fixed everything right on time

The job was to have taken a week. It took him 2 months. He gave a set price then claimed overcharges. The work was shoddy, gaps in wall, didn't follow directions (which cost us more money), lied about who said what. Overcharges for concrete pad when he said it would cost a couple of hundred for a 4x4 he charged $500! He failed to put a drainage pipe beneath the concrete prior to pouring. He installed rails incorrectly and didn't complete the job then charged more to complete it yet he had given a set price. Left a gaping hole and exposed plumbing pipes in the drop ceiling. I refused to pay until he completed that. He boxed it in with wood and failed to even sand the wood. He installed a sink and it about rattled off the wall yet he claimed it was sturdy. Ha!
