THEY WERE OKAY. THEY HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE INSPECTOR. THEY FAILED A FEW TIMES SO THEY HAD TO COME BACK A FEW TIMES AND DO WHAT THE INSPECTOR TOLD THEM TO DO. IT WAS ON A LOAN SO THEY HAD TO FIX IT. THEY WEREN'T GOING TO GET PAID UNTIL THEY PASSED THE INSPECTION.
