I signed an offer to purchase a property back in November, sent the purchase price plus closing costs back to the Realtor. The Realtor handed the paperwork over the Juanita at Ability Title who was supposed to close the transaction. I never received any preliminary title work, no closing documents to review, no closing documents after it was closed nor no copy of the deed. The Real Estate Company also requested these documents and never got any reply. I left 3 messages and never got a call back. Finally through whoever answered the phone I was told the transaction was waiting for signatures. The Real Estate Company found a copy of the deed online and provided it to me, so if the deed was recorded what signatures were they waiting for? I sent numerous emails asking this and also for copies up until this point of whatever they had. I have yet to get any copies of the transaction, have no idea if there were any judgements, liens, etc, attached to the title because I never saw the title work, and would like to see copies of the closing documents. The Deed was recorded back in December and the only thing Ability Title has to say is it is waiting for signatures. The Real Estate Company has told me that they have several other buyers and sellers who are threatening lawsuits against this company and they will no longer work with them, but here I sit with a property I obviously purchased, but have no idea where any paperwork on the transaction is because nobody at Ability Title will tell me anything but "they are waiting for signatures" I have been in Real Estate for over 20 years and never would I leave my buyers or sellers looking for paperwork for a transaction, and I have never worked with a more unprofessional Title Company ever.
Description of Work: They were supposed to handle the closing for a Real Estate Transaction
