I was told by another company that I needed $500 + in replacement parts / repairs done. I am so glad I decided to call A Plus for a second opinion. Joe arrived within the time frame he said, he was professional and knowledgeable. I told him what the other company said and he told me it would take him 15 minutes and the cost of the service call. He said all that needed to be done was the door/tracks needed to be lubricated. Joe saved me $100's of dollars on something another company was trying to scam me on. I can't even put into words how grateful I am to have seen his truck on the highway and snapped a picture. I will always shop local and Veteran owned!!! Joe truly provided A Plus service!!!!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Tom Pennea one of the owners from start to finish. Tom and his crew did garage doors for us and they were professional, very knowledgeable, and Tom was good at trouble shooting a challenging bungalow property with low overhang. We are very satisfied with the excellent workmanship Tom and A-Plus Garage Door Service team performed for us. Their pricing was far below a popular local competitor's bid with better quality parts, paint and warranty. We did a lot of research and discovered that A Plus Garage Door Services was also Veteran owned and operated.

Our original garage door springs failed, leaving the door stuck in the up position. I called and they were able to come out the next morning. The garage door springs were proprietary, and needed to be swapped for a spring conversion kit. They were able to take care of us the next morning at 8 a.m., and completed the work in a professional manner.

Our door opener broke down over a holiday weekend (naturally!) and Joe was very busy but he worked us into his schedule. He was here when he said he would be, assessed the problem, found a broken part and replaced it. In addition he adjusted everything and oiled all the moving parts plus the garage door springs. As he worked, he explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough. He is also very professional and personable. His number is permanently in our book incase we need further work. And if we ever need a new door opener we will definitely purchase it from him.

It was immediately clear that Joe knew the existing system, provided information on new systems and the option to purchase our own since we had discount opportunities. Joe was prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, competitive and ensured we understood the new system before he left. Very well done in a very short period of time. Not only did he provide the service requested but the tech also adjusted the garage lift springs and the opener chain. Finished by lubricating all the door hinges. A great job well worth the money. I highly recommend their services.
