TOTAL HOMES INC

I went with Total Homes Inc. Company in the first place because I have known their people for a long time as individuals. I had to call them back on both jobs they did for me. I’m paying dearly right now to correct a shower installation that was done wrong. It had leaked into the walls. I will not recommend Total Homes Inc. Company. Nobody deserves what I have been through with them. They were supposed do a re-roofing job on a mobile home. They told me that it was leaking over the windows over the sink in the kitchen. It was not a real old mobile home but they said that the only way to correct it was to totally replace the roof. I did and they replaced the roof. In the next big rain, it did the same thing. I have a new roof but I had to have somebody else go in to fix that leak because it was not fixed. So, I should have filed a complaint against them but I did not. The shower leaked into the wall and destroyed the wall. The roof still leaks at the edge of the house. There is no improvement; the work they did was a total failure. They were friendly but it was hard to get them to come back and fix what was not fixed correctly. They are nice people and I have known them since high school but I don’t want them to do any more work. I would definitely not use them in the future.
