Superior Mechanical

It was a great experience. We had a very cold night for North Florida. We moved here from the desert Southwest only 3 days before this happened. very cold and our old unit seems to have run no-stop. For some reason I woke up about 1:30 a.m. to find our new home was cold and unit was not working at all. We waited until 6:00 a.m. to make calls and found Superior on Angie's List. We called 3 different contractors, and only 1 called us back. Thank goodness it was Superior. They called a little after they opened and were here within 1/2 hour. They found our problem, simple fix, but we discussed how old this unit was Worked out a deal for a new unit.. I would let this company work on my Mothers home!!!!

They were awesome. I found out that the owner of the company was the one that did the original A/C when the house was built which lasted until I had him come back out and redo it which was remarkable for the A/C unit that lasted as long as this one did. He gave me a very fair price, much better than anybody else had given by a long way. They were prompt and friendly. They did the job quickly and I'm very pleased.

They were awesome. I called them to get a quote to replace my entire heating and air-conditioning unit. The owner's grandson came out to give me a price. He was very polite. He spoke with me for a little while. Then did his inspection. He went to his truck and then gave me an estimate. It was several thousand dollars lower than other companies. I asked him what the chances were of the price going up if any issues arose. He assured me that the price would not change. That was a Friday, and I asked him when they could do the work. He told me that they could do it on Tuesday morning. They showed up very promptly. They told me that the work would be completed by noon, and it was completed by 11:30 that morning. They cleaned up everything after themselves. The grandfather came out with the grandson to do the work, and I found out he was the one who installed our original unit 20 years ago. The lowest price that I had gotten a quote for was $7995.00 for the same work.
