Appliance Repair
Mr. Platt arrived on time and glued in new gasket in refrigerator, changed the light in the oven. We asked him to fix the ice maker but he did not have time. Charged $75.00 trip fee (he passes our house in the way home and is a neighbor) and was in and out of our house in less than 30 minutes. He complained that the refrigerator was not dry like he wanted. We did not hear from him in two weeks so we called his office and asked for an appointment. Two months later and he has not called. My wife did not like his attitude nor his costs.
