They explained everything to me. The service was great and took no time at all. They were very up front with me about all aspects of the service. The two gentlemen were very nice and professional and I appreciated their service.

Repaired spin cycle on washing machine. Very professional. First schedule - called to change to another date - 2nd date - no show - no call. I decided to risk calling again. Apologized, promised to be here next day (Saturday) here on time and repaired promptly, with no extra charge for weekend service. I'll definitely call them again.

We were told the cost was $95 an hour for the service and that it would be prorated. That is, if he spent only 30 minutes, it'd be $47.50. He charged us $95 for the 50 to 55 minute job, which I thought was OK. He was new on the job, so when David, the company owner called me, I told him all went well. Kerry was professional, nice, knew what and how to do it. The only thing he did not know was that this company gives a 10% discount to all seniors and Military. So when I mentioned to David, the owner, that we qualified for both discounts, (he gives for either one) he said I'd be getting a $10 refund check in the mail. I would definitely do business with this company again.
