Wonderful, the deck is amazing and looks better than the old one. Installed pvc beadboard in the laundry room and upstairs guest bathroom. Fixed baseboards, walls, broken tile, tub access panel for a jetted tub (the original was too small) and other smaller items. His work ethic is top notch. His prices are very reasonable. I hope we're still in his area when we move.

Dennis showed up on time and started work immediately. My old door was a mess, it never sealed properly and it wasn't level. Dennis took out the old door, cleaned and trimmed all the rotted wood and old caulk off the siding. In three hours he did a complete door replacement and clean up. I now have a wonderful front door that I can use the deadbolt and the handle lock at the same time. It's level, there's no air flow and the room is noticeably quieter.
I'm having Dennis come back next week to work on a bathroom, build a pantry and replace a fence. I'll keep y'all posted!

The renter in our property left with short notice and the house was in less than desirable condition. The only project would couldn't complete on our own was a leak in the ceiling of the screened front porch. We discovered quickly there was more rot than we expected and needed a "pro" to handle the job. We started the project as just the roof removal and replacement but while he was removing the roof we discovered the rot had gotten further into the support beams... he gave me quick advise as well and a reasonable quote to do the job right. He then rescreened the entire porch giving me a space that was much easier on up keep. We added a few extras in at the last minute and he stayed longer than planned to finish the job in the tight deadline I gave him (less than 10 days from our first phone call to job completion). He was timely, knowledgeable, and efficient with reusing items that were still in good condition in order to save me money. We have since hired him to do the same to the back porch as well as remove a hazardous old wooden playhouse. *** Oh yeah, he doesn't own a computer!! So no email but he answers his phone and voicemails quickly.
