They never contacted me. When I called them they said they were no longer on Angie's list and they had notified them months ago. Unfortunately Angie's list does not update their listings. Any one out there on Angie's list should be taken with a grain of salt and verified before spending any money. This was the second time this happened with Angie's List. Big disappointment.

They cancelled 1 day before cleaning. I called several times to reschedule. They never returned calls or emails. Angie's list has told me they have heard this complaint from others about this vendor. Stay away

First visit went fine and I hired Meka to regularly clean my house. This was one of two visits that she showed up at the agreed date/time. On the third appointment day she called me about 30 minutes beforehand to tell me she had to leave town due to an emergency. When I contacted here when she didn't show for the fourth appointment she fibbed about having tried to contact me to tell me she needed to 'come early because she had to go out of town'. (The story was a relative passing, which I have no reason to think was untrue.) Shortly before the next appointment she texted me to ask if she could come at 11am instead of 10am, which I told her was fine, and then no-showed. She should have been here yesterday as well and never called/texted/showed. I was very understanding about everything and did not give her a hard time. I'm not sure if life's just very difficult for her right now, or if she's normally this unreliable. When she did come, she did a generally good job.

She came alone so the work took a little longer and we were charged more then the Deal cost.
