Tri County successfully dried out the affected areas, under the flooring and behind the baseboards, and removed the affected items such as the wood flooring in the bedrooms. All services were done quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone that ever has to go through this stressful event. They really put our minds at ease.

They were so professional, neat & courteous & guided us through the whole remediation process. They are also coordinating directly with my insurance company. They came by every day to take moisture readings. Because of their quick attention to details, no mold had formed as a result of our flood that consumed most of the house. I would highly recommend them.

I called this company on 11/24/15, I nice lady answer the phone took down all my information and stated someone would contact me, a week went by nothing. I called back spoke to the same person and after giving her all my information she stated she saw that I called on 11/24/15, but had no idea why nobody got back to me. She stated she would send in the info again. To date nobody has contacted me. This is crazy. I'm new to Angie's List , hope things get better.
