I had a great experience with Nate from Total Plumbing! My toilet had been leaking for months, and then my water heater decided to stop working on me. I called them up, and they were super quick to schedule a visit. Nate showed up on time and was really friendly. He explained what was going on with both the toilet and the water heater, which I appreciated. He fixed the toilet right away and got my water heater back in action. He is now saved in my phone for any future plumbing issues. I will definitely be calling him before having it go on my husband’s to do list that never seems to get done 🙃
