The job was to remove minor scratches and rub marks from an antique dining room table about a 40x60 inch surface.
Took him 2 months to complete the work.
When asked about the exorbitant price, the attitude expressed conceit and pomposity.
We wanted to get the work completed without having to shop around more, but we won't use him again.
Needs to take a course in customer service.
