Pool Construction and Installation
They put in our pool ten years ago which was great. So when my heater
started leaking and the bypass they installed did not stop the flow to the
heater, I figured I would call and see if there was something else I
needed to close off, or even what they would charge to take the heater
off. I spoke to a person who said someone would call me back. I never received a call back or any other response.

It went fine and we did not have any problems. It was a good company but I have heard of better ones now. Their pricing was fair.

Pool and Spa Servicing
They profess that they will have pool complete by 10 weeks or you receive a 5% refund. Had to make several calls to ask when tasks were going to be completed. The VP-John Barr does not return phone calls promptly,yet, they state they are always there to hear from you. My last call to him was he making excuses that he could not schedule sub-contractors. Who's fault is that? Not mine.
