From beginning to end this project went well. Selecting this company was a win, win for us. Ray was informative, sensitive to the fact our hot water heater had died, prompt, and extremely professional. Do not think twice about using this company.

I requested quotes and got lots of texts and voicemails on Saturday. I tried calling them back. I had 2 that could come later in the week, one for an estimate, the other for the job. Ray from South Shore was the first to call me back on Saturday but my phone was messed up so I missed him. I called him Sunday and left a message and he called back on Monday-I told him about the special price quoted here on Angie's List by another plumber and he matched it. And he came and did the work an hour later. He was professional, efficient and we have a nice new water heater with a 6 year warranty.

Great job from start to finish

I had new granite kitchen counter tops installed with new appliances. I was concerned that the kitchen remodeling would create a major plumbing issue. South Shore was recommended to me by the sink supplier for consultation. I spoke to Larry on the phone about my concerns. He explained to me that he could replace the plumbing pipes without any difficulty and all would be fine. Larry arrived as scheduled after my new granite counter tops were installed. All his work was done to perfection. He was very professional and careful in keeping the kitchen work area clean of any dirt and debris. Larry provided excellent advice and suggestions that made the new kitchen even better. He is the BEST.
