THEY WERE BOTH EXPENSIVE AND INCREDIBLY BAD. 
AT FIRST THE WATER DID NOT WORK AT ALL. 
THEN IT WAS HOT WATER ONLY.  THEN IT WAS COLD WATER ONLY. 
THE FIXTURES WERE INSTALLED AT THE WRONG HEIGHTS OR ANGLES. 
THE INSTALLATIONS LEAKED, ETC, ETC. 
IT SEEMED LIKE THEY HIRED A "PLUMBER" OFF THE STREET TO WORK ON MY HOUSE. 
FINALLY, AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS, THEY SENT ANOTHER PERSON & IT WAS FINISHED - BUT THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR IT!

They came in as the lowest price bidder on the job. However throughout the entire job they were very difficult to work with. Through the design phase they would try to talk us out of some of the unique items we were installing (as I found out it was becasue they were unfamiliar with the latest fixtures). They would try to up-charge on everything even if it was included in the original proposal sending us countless confusing invoices they look like they were printed in the 80's. We always had to fight with them on pricing as they never stuck with the original proposal. For example how can you price the installation of a tub without including the tub-filler. The tub-filler would be a up-charge that apparently wasn't included! I have never seen such shady business practices. The project was very high-end with European style fixtures and their workers on site were completely useless as they were only familiar with cheap fixtures and they would complain endlessly. They also damaged a tub and tried to blame it on shipping and would not cover the cost to repair their mess. Overall it was a horrible experience and I would never work with such an unprofessional company. If you are building a custom home or doing anything that requires a high level of detail stay away from South Shore. If you are doing very low-end repairs or basic skills then they may be ok if you don't mind fighting over their billing.
