I let them change the oil because they had already started that. When I got home, I checked the oil, and it was 3/4 of an inch above the full mark, which is very dangerous for the car. I got a plastic tube to siphon some oil out, and all that came out was black - looking worse than the oil I had in there to start with. It looked like it had not been changed or changed with old oil. There was no way it was fresh oil and it seemed they had not changed the filter. I haven't contacted them, but I do not want to have anything else to do with them. I will get my oil changed elsewhere and I will not recommend this company. I do not find them reputable.

"Hello Member I'm very sorry for your experience with us. I just wanted to assure you that all our oil is fresh and never reused. If there was a problem with the oil, you should always bring the car back so we can take a look, and fix the problem. The special you used could not apply to your car, because you need more things done then just a tune- up. Thank you so much for your buisness, Sammy's Auto House"
