vanities. After Rubens drew a sketch of what I wanted, I stopped by the shop to look at one vanity. He added a false drawer below the sink... Something I did not want, nor ask for. He fixes it and we move on. Next issue, I stopped by the shop to choose a stain. I chose a very natural light wood stain. When it was time to install one vanity, he sends me a picture and it's orange. Not the stain I chose. He removes the stain and restains it. During all of this time, the communication is poor. He doesn't keep me updated on the progress, meanwhile, my contractor is waiting on him to finish the project. I call, he doesn't answer, return my messages, or reply to my texts. Fast forward over a month later and now he's finally installed the vanities. One vanity was installed off-center. The other vanity has drawers and doors that don't match in color. I bring this to his attention, so he takes the door with a drawer so he can match them. Probably about 2 weeks go by and I don't hear from him. I finally text him expressing how frustrating it has been working w him and, in his usually style, he does text me back or call. Long story short, he sends someone else to do the final install. Colors STILL Don't match. He said he would fix it and I haven't heard from him since he received my payment 3 weeks ago. The work is just bad. He lacks attention to detail. It makes me sick to think that I spent over $20k to remodel 2 bathrooms and the items that should be the centerpieces, look cheap and thrown together. You can find better quality at home depot. I'm convinced that the good reviews were written by family and friends. Do yourself a favor a choose someone else. I wish I had

Everything went great they delivered the entire project in the time frame we talked about. The entire kitchen was flawless. He even created some costume made moldings to my store.
