I had roof leak in my garage x 5 years ago . My neighbor recommended Emiliano . He did a good job at reasonable cost and I had no more leaks in that area again . Now I had another leak in a different part of the house so I called Emiliano again Emiliano was professional ; kept appointment as made ; gave an estimate after an inspection. His team did the repair on time . So far , again , no leaks after repair. Very reasonable repair cost .

I hired two contractors to fix a small leak in my screen enclosure flat aluminum roof. They were not successful at all. I then called RainShield Roofing and with one application on my roof, it is not leaking at all. They also provided a three-year guarantee. I would recommend this company. The proof is in the roof! In my opinion, Suntek Roofing is impressive. We had an emergency minor roof repair. We explained this emergency to a number of roofers. Several ignored the emergency & said theyâ d come out in an excess of 3 weeks! Suntek Roofing sent someone out after the last job that day to provide a quote. The quote was reasonable & not an obnoxious gotcha! He explained what the repair entailed & the price. We asked if he could repair the roof at that time. He confirmed he had the supplies & completed an excellent job! Our hero! The proof is in the roof!

The work was done quickly and, at this point, it appears to work was done well. I caution any people looking for roof repairs to get more than one estimate. Due to time constraints, I could not do this. We received a $1,800 proposal to repair a leak. The worker completed the job in 3 hours which comes out to $600 per hour. I questioned whether Emiliano had overestimated the complexity of the job and was told that the price was right.
