PURE CHOICE sold me a bogus Extended Warranty for 10 years, in which they did not complete all the information needed in the Warranty (specifically, they did not include the batch numbers of the Diamond Brite product), nor did they submit this Warranty that I signed upon completion, to the manufacturing company!! This completely nullifies the Warranty, which I found out when I contacted the manufacturers. So now I have not 1, not 2, but 3 chunks missing from the pool's surface and these chunks are growing in size! I called Pure Choice 3 times, and left detailed messages for Steve, the owner, but never once received a call back. Now I need to replace the entire surface and have no recourse with either the Diamond Brite provider or this shoddy pool service company. My attorney even sent Pure Choice a letter on my behalf and he got NO RESPONSE either. Stay away from Pure Choice Pools!! Bad news.
