Everything was fine - polite, professional, thorough.

They did a lot of damage. I have a big display cabinet and I told him not to move it, paint around it. Two guys come in, lift it up and move it. I had them move it back. After they left, I went into the cabinet to rearrange and one of the shelves crashed and broke several pieces of my porcelain. It's been in place for many years and has been fine. The owner was very friendly, he supervises and gives estimates and talks too much! I have a popcorn ceiling, they sprayed it and I have lots of allergies. It makes a mess and leaves so much dust. They were asking if there was an outside hose, and I live in a condo, so they cleaned them in the kitchen sink, and they didn't clean up after themselves, I had to clean it all up. It was a big mess. They were supposed to apply two coats of paint, the painter said he wasn't going to paint two coats, but after I told him I paid for two, he then painted it. The color I picked was not what was brought to my home so I had to go buy my own paint. I have a revolving compact disc stand. I noticed something on top of the stand and I didn?t know what it was. Come to find out, the revolving compact disc stand had broken and they never informed me and let me find it myself. I have also noticed that there was a scratch?s on the edge of my stainless steel sink that was not there before they came.

They were very professional, courteous, and they got the job done when they said they would. They cleaned up their mess well, and I'm impressed with the quality of their work.
