The plumber that did the installation, Robert, was very professional, and did the work without making a mess. He explained everything to me, offered suggestions, and was generally quite helpful. I've used this company several times before, and always find them to be pleasant and accommodating. I have found their pricing to be the "going rate" -- not the least expensive nor the most expensive. However, in my experience, they are certainly the most dependable.

Everything went well. Service tech arrived when promised and performed the work as quoted. Needed to use the scope camera which did not work properly so they deducted it from the invoice with no questions asked.

I call them on a Saturday and on a Sunday and they been here like within a half and hour and their price is reasonable and their professional, very nice.

This was a very responsive company. We needed a type of special size water heater that is hard to find. It has to be a lowboy or shorter unit because it had to go into a condo closet. After getting three estimates, the Plumbing Mart representative had the best price. Actually they were substantially lower than the other two companies for the exact same unit. Normally that is a red flag, but I decided to trust the previous reviewers and contacted with Plumbing Mart. I was not disappointed. Steve installed the water heater in a timely manner. There was a slight leak that manifested itself a few weeks later. One call to the company, and a newer employee, Jim, was very prompt and came right away and the redid the connection. He was very professional and polite and did a wonderful job. Very good company that stands behind their work. This was a very responsive company. The plumber arrived on time and inspected the old water heater which was leaking the day before. He diagnosed the problem and thought the element was defective, so he went ahead and drained the water heater and change the element. To his surprise after turning the water back on the water heater started to leak immediately. So went ahead an exchanged the water heater for a new one (old water heater was 4yrs. old and it was under limited warranty for 6yrs)and also installed a new a new shutoff valve. Then he installed the new garbage disposal and made a new connection to the waste pipes beneath the new sink. He was very,very neat and professional during this whole ordeal. This is third time in 2 years I have had this company perform work in my home and I highly recommend them.

Everything went well. I went to the garage and there was water all over the place! Within 45 minutes, a technician was at my home to replace the water heater. He was very courtesy and professional. I have always been very happy with their services. I have used them several times in the past. I will continue to use them in the future.

To their credit the price was very reasonable which is why we went with them. There was a problem with the condensation line. It was clogged. The bill came out to 300.00. I was never offered a service contract. They only warranty for 90 days so it wasn't good when they serviced the AC unit. No one took the time to contact a customer who had just spent $4,000 on a new AC unit to explain how their maintenance and service practices work. I am very dissatified and I think it was all handled very unprofessionally.

Overall as stated above i would not use them again.

Everything went very smoothly. They were professionals. They advised us not to put any paper products in the toilet except TP. The toilet has stayed clear for over a year and we haven't even had to use a plunger on it.

Very good service - I had to change the time and that was no problem. The plumber showed up exactly on time and completed the work very quickly. Very friendly staff.

This is the second time I have used this provider and both times, more then satisfied with the work and professionalism of Stacey (Customer Service Rep) and Brock (Technician). Brock was at my home for three hours and snaked forty-five feet of drains. Make sure if you call to ask for Brock!

Called to have the main valve to my house and 4 exterior hose bibs replaced. On day of appt. my boyfriend met him at the house because I was momentarily tied up at work. My boyfriend asked him when he got there to replace with ball valves at the hose bibs instead of gate valves because they are easier to operate and maintain. After looking at the house main valve, the plumber said he couldn't fix it because it was connected to galvanized pipe which might cause leaks in the block wall if he attempted it. I got to the house shortly after and my boyfriend left. I asked the plumber while he was there if he could check the washing machine lines, which he did and said the problem with the tub filling up with water was not due to a problem with the lines. (This was verified later by the Maytag repair man.) I had to get back to work, so I left the house before the plumber was done with all the exterior work. I'd asked my daughter to call me when he left. He was there for 1-1/2 hrs. total, but when the office called me to charge my credit card, the plumber had charged me for 2 hours labor. The next day the office called me and said they would credit my card the extra 1/2 hour I was charged. Also, when I got home from work that day, the bibs were all gate valves instead of ball valves like my boyfriend had requested. I was told that was the only type that could be used for my bibs. I still don't understand why, because my boyfriend's dad house got ball valves put on his existing exterior hose bibs.

I had another company come out and told me to buy a new toilet, so I decided I needed a second opinion and they found a minor problem that cost me only 75 dollars.
