Same prompt & professional service that I have come to expect from Tyson Plumbing. This is the second time I have used them and the first time it was a much larger job (replacement of a large hot water heater, in a difficult location). They were referred by a trusted friend who is a general contractor. I will definitely continue to use them. I am a real estate agent and have used various other plumbers that I have not returned to use.

One of the worst experiences working with professional trade people. The original workman spent 4 hours looking at my water service meter and couldn't figure out how to displace the water in order to access the water meter. I told him to come back in the morning with the proper equipment including a pump and something to excavate the water meter. At that point, I asked him to contact the owner and give me an estimate. The Owner came out the next day and spent an other hour talking about the leak and nothing was done. I also asked him for an estimate. On the third day another workman showed up and spent 8 hours pumping out the water meter and replacing the PVC pipe at the coupling. A 4 hour job turn out to be three days and 1 2 hours. Needless to say the billing was over the top and the owner was not willing to negotiate the price and told me if I didn't pay he would disconnect my water service. The workers were unprepared and not equipped to handle the job.

I can only think of the very best, Tyson was kind, hard worker, fast and well prepared.

It went very well. He was polite, fixed the issues, and cleaned up when he was done!

After much research I decided to go with the EWS system and get it through Tyson. I ordered it and everything went very smoothly. His office kept me informed as to when the system would be here and when it would be installed. It came right when they said it would and Tyson sent his men out to install it. The next day he came to check that everything was okay and he programmed it. Since then I had to call and ask a few questions and both Tyson and Tiana in his office have been very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use Tyson for any plumbing needs I have in the future. He seems very competent and very trustworthy.

Tyson was able to come and make the massive replacement on a timely basis in order for us to sell the home.
