The serviceman showed up on-time and my wife pointed out the problems to be fixed. He told her the problem with low flow in the kitchen sink was caused by a faulty faucet head. According to him, the head needed to be replaced, but he did not replaced it, claiming that his company didn't deal with the brand (Danze). In the bathroom, in order to investigate the problem, he removed the tiles from the side of the bathtub/spa wall to gain access to the piping. In the end, he did not fix the water hammering problem, claiming again that it was a problem with faulty hardware in the shower, and that they did not deal with that brand of hardware. He gave my wife a list of hardware parts to buy, suggesting that she may find them on the internet. He did not put the tiles back (I had to hire someone else to do it), and did not fix any of the problems he was there to resolve. My wife gave them a check for $255, which he charged for the time spent. Later I called the company to complain. I spoke to the serviceman who was completely rude on the phone, even mentioning that the problem was that the plumbing in my house was nothing but "expensive junk". He also mentioned that we should had call another plumbing company (a competitor) if we thought Pedrick was too expensive. My wife and I then drove to the company to provide feedback directly to the owner. He was not there, so we asked that he gave us a call. The office manager called us later. She informed that she was the owner's wife and that there was nothing they would do to remedy the situation. She wished me "good luck" and hung up the phone. In the end, we spent $255 to get a bathtub/spa with tiles taken off the side wall and a list of plumbing materials needed to be purchased, on our own. I then called another plumber who fixed the water hammering and low pressure problems for $100 total, with no replacement parts being needed at all!
