excellent. I was concern about being taken advantage of - this did not happen. Handled everything with grace and consideration.

Juan and the others at Paws and Cherish were so kind, compassionate and caring when my pup passed away. His remains were treated with the utmost respect as were we at this extremely devastating time. We were provided many choices without being pressed to choose higher-priced products and we were given as much time as we needed to grieve, to cry and to finally make our choices. The products were of very good quality as was the workmanship on the plaque. The presentation of our baby's remains to us was just lovely. I would highly recommend them should a beloved pet pass on to the other side.

Pet cremation was done reckless and with no regard to $400 contract. P&C had to refund the $400 through Lund vet for horrible mistake. Our little boy Dudley died on 12/13/14 and was taken to our vet for cremation services. Our vet did everything correct and effectively working with P&C. With NUMEROUS calls and DISCUSSIONS about us being their to physically see our pet being cremated (for assurance) and were reassured everything will be done to specifications by Byron and Adam. Our FAMILY viewing was scheduled for THURSDAY 12/18/14!! On TUESDAY 12/16/14 our English Bulldog "Dudley" (RIP) was picked up by Paws and Cherish and immediately cremated at their site and we were contacted by Byron, the owner, that our pet was accidently cremated with other pets that day and that he is fully aware that they made a "mistake by miscommunication" in his office. The pain for our family is irreversible and terrible. Byron told me he has been in business for 2 years now and used to be a Funeral director for humans. I asked him to give me in writing the mistake that was mas made and Byron got very defensive and said "I will not!" "I will refund your $400". The site is in an industrial park and across form the city dump. A sad place to know my pet was delivered there. I could not believe it!!

Response from Paws & Cherish Pet Cremations, LLC
It is unfortunate that from time to time there are those who feel the need to fabricate in order to feel self consoled. We serve hundreds of families every year through our services. Any family who has truly used our services can see through this convolution and already knows how preposterous it is. For those that may not, we encourage them to call us or visit us and see for themselves in true form not speculation. The facts are we do provide services for an ever growing number of clinics as well. We first and foremost follow their directive as they are our client in those situations. We do not bill families for services already being billed to a clinic. Secondly we have six individual chambers that are used to cremate pets individually as requested. We have a system in effect that tracks every aspect of the process along with constant video monitoring. All individual cremations are documented on chamber logs, cremation logs, the pets actual paperwork as well as being issued individual identification tag numbers. All of these records are on file. Each time a pet is cremated individually, a copy of that paperwork is provided to the clinic, family or both. With direct regard to any aspects of this case, all records were provided to the family and the offer was made to review the video footage but declined by the family. At no time was it ever a question of communal cremation. Everyone expresses grief differently, thankfully, slander and libel are not the norm. From time to time in this field it is inevitable to have contact with an individual who will be so consumed with grief that they feel their only reprieve is lashing out, even to the point of being delusional and destructive. It is my hope for this person and their family, that time and grace have helped them heal.
