I would highly advise finding an a different company for these services!!!! We experienced an electrical house fire and our restoration GC suggested pack on the go as an option for our content cleaning needs and storing of belongings. The initial process went fine with some minor glitches in communication. The actual crew that packed and dropped our belongings back off to us were great! HOWEVER, as we unpacked our belongings things were missing, broken, and not cleaned. Initially I just informed our GC of the situation so that they knew for the future when dealing with new clients. As we continued to unbox things we realized kitchen items still with insulation in them from the attic. When our GC got in contact with the owner Nick, he then called me. Even after having a horrible outcome in service I still wouldn’t have written a review if it weren’t for the behavior of the owner during this phone call. He didn’t even apologize, first thing he said was “ let’s get something clear” as well as stating it “ was a missed box” and basically called me a liar as well as told me I was not his customer that the insurance company was because that is who pays him. I quickly informed him that I indeed am the customer as I am the one who pays the insurance policy and it is my belongings his company was caring for and I was the one who selected them. This unprofessional behavior from an owner is unacceptable. I have attached a few photos of items that were unpacked and not cleaned or broken.

IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD. This company is NOT PROFESSIONAL WHATSOEVER. I had the misfortune of having a water leak in my house that caused insurance to call this company to "manipulate" my things in my house for the floor to be replaced. When it came time to unpack my boxes. I have ***THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE AND STOLEN PROPERTY!*** I'M MISSING/ HAVE DAMAGED: -Oakley backpack MISSING - BRAND NEW Chanel Bleu Cologne MISSING -A wallet!!! (COMPELTE WITH LICENSE, CREDIT, DEBIT CARDS ETC.!!!) MISSING -Shattered 5 foot glass framed artwork (X2!!!) -Broken Electronics including Blu-Ray player that no longer works right- because when they packed the boxes, they literally threw everything in there without even wrapping it first!!!! -Scratched BRAND NEW LEATHER COUCHES I tried calling this company about all of the damage they'd caused and they're not willing to do ANYTHING FOR ME!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK (AND COST!!!!)

From the beginning to end, it was a great move. Nick took the time to help, because it's a three step moving process and he helped figure out the process. Then Julie, worked with me to survey and get it right to the move. The movers were professional, took the time to pack everything and in less time we thought so price was lower than estimate, a first for me. As a realtor, I work with a lot of people, but personally found this group to be excellent. Will not only recommend, but using them again for my bigger move.

Quick. Efficient. Took extreme care not to touch newly painted walls. Move king size bed, dressers and armoire to 3-floor master bedroom without even a bump. On time when we started and finished quicker than anticipated. I would give them the highest rating possible and will recommend to everyone.!!!

Move went ok. But furniture wasn't reinstalled properly. Mover forgot to advise me so heavy shelf fell and damaged the furniture. Instead of submitting my claim to their insurance company (damage was covered by basic amount), company sent its mover who reassembled furniture. The mover was a truck driver/mover who is a very nice guy but didn't have the experience to professionally repair the damage. So the attempted repair made the damage worse. Company failed to respond to my email with photos.

The movers were quick, efficient, packed and unpacked at the new location. Cleaned everything up so there were no boxes, papers or anything else to dispose of. They were very careful with everything they moved and made sure furniture they were placing was centered on the walls they were placed against. They put pots and pans and dishes away in the cabinets and even asked how we wanted the glasses (open side up or down.) I highly recommend this mover for any moving you have whether it be local or long distance.

I made arrangement with Pack On The Go 6000 miles away and the service was excellent. The amount listed below covered storage and three moves and shipping. Being that until I came to Florida to make arrangements to send the items belonging to the family member who passed away I had never met the owners of the company the services they provided was superb . I would recommend using this company for all moving and storage needs.
