The salesperson, Greg Sobel, is a con artist who deceived us to make an extra profit. Our complaints to the BBB and Florida licensing resulted in no action because Ocean Shutters denied they offered to cover all openings as stated in the contract. They are superb in manipulating their contracts to abide by the law, while still misrepresenting and deceiving the client.
Description of Work: Company installed sliding hurricane shutters on my home. The contract stated that ALL openings would be protected. Upon installation we learned they would not cover our GLASS front entrance.

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER IS INACCUARATE. THE CONTRACT READS 25 OPENINGS TO BE PROTECTED BY HURRICANE SHUTTERS, NOT "ALL". THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HE RECEIVED. THERE IS NO MANIPULATION OF THE CONTRACT. THIS IS PERHAPS WHY BBB AND FLA LICENSING TOOK NO ACTION. WE ARE IN BUSINESS SINCE 1995 AND HAVE NO UNFULFILLED CONTRACTS OR UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
